Cancellation: We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order before it is shipped or produced, and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs will be charged once, and there is no restocking fee.
